RETURNS AND REFUNDS
At Fabessentials, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.
No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.
Returns/Exchange will be accepted under the following conditions:
• Wrong product delivered
• Expired product delivered
• Damaged product delivered – physical damage/ tampered product or packaging
• Incomplete order – missing products
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
• Opened/used/altered products
• Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing
• Serial Number/Batch Number is tampered
• The return/replacement request is generated after 2 days from the date of delivery
• The damaged/missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery
Cancellation:
In case, you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with the customer care either through mail or telephone within 24 hours of the placement of your order.
No cancellations are possible for orders that have already been shipped but you can refuse the same at the time of delivery.
Redemption of Discount Vouchers.
Discount vouchers are for one-time use only. They shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order
If you receive a Tampered or Damaged product, please inform our Customer Care within 2 days of receipt, with supporting Images and Video, so we can address your concern at the earliest.
For any product quality complaints, please contact our Customer Care within 7 days of your order delivery.
Fabessentials is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered; under our Exchange / Returns Policy.
The Return/Exchange policy doesn’t apply to gifts and promotional items.
Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms -
